Welcome home!
Welcome to my place. It’s a little crowded with giggles, insecutirites, scattered thoughts, and craft projects. The door is always open, and if you come in and get comfy you’ll be hanging out with a rough-around-the-edges homeschool mom of 3 with a new religion in her pocket and lots to share. Now be warned! I rarely say the right thing, but that hardly slows me down. So, pull up a rocker, pour a strong cup of tea, and let’s get to know each other!

Just wanted you to know I visited today, with a cup of Comfort & Joy tea. Thank you so much for your card & photos and this web address. Deeply enjoyed reading your postings.
Curtis & Corley slept with us for many years. At one time I had an article of longitudinal study indicating these children actually grew into more self-reliant and confident adults because they felt more secure in their early childhood. Who knows, but it fed my need for validation. My opinion, bed-sharing certainly didn’t damage anyone – in fact, we all were more rested.
So VERY proud of you and Joe. I am always super impressed by homeschooling moms – I simply didn’t have the intellect or patience. You are amazing Skyla.
Good for Joe too. Seems logical we are all being more monetarily conservative until the future is more certain. Wise move. His job sounds interesting and great he has the entire family involved – who knows what Hannah is going to come up with before she is 20.
I went to Bahai website to learn more. 10 social principles are enlightened – if only we could bring science & religion together, our world could be changed. I was a little surprised they seek to dissolve extremes of wealth & poverty. I had 2 friends, years ago, they were sisters, sold everything & donated to Bahai temple, became missionaries. Are there still active missionaries, because I didn’t see mentioned? How did you learn of Bahai?
I am snail mailing a family update & photos, so I won’t include here. Everyone is great, we are a fortunate bunch, Sabrina is expecting. I have kept you long enough. Love seeing you in this beautiful photo on banner. Thanks for sharing. You are loved, A. Karen
